A high chair, stroller, travel cot, and small games can be provided. You are ideally located between Orthez and Pau, just 10 minutes from Navarrenx, a medieval town. Nearby, you'll find a lakeside beach at Orthez, a treetop adventure park, and you’re about 50 minutes from Bayonne and Biarritz. A barbecue is available, with outdoor table and parasol. The property is equipped with a ventilation system, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and a large fridge with small freezer. The house is built in traditional stone, helping to keep it cool in summer. The bedrooms have two fans, and there is also a fan in the main room. Windows and skylights have blackout thermal curtains and mosquito screens. It’s recommended to open windows and skylights at night to cool the rooms, then close them in the morning and keep curtains drawn during the day. Both bedrooms are upstairs. Beds will be made on your arrival. Pets are allowed if they weigh less than 12 kg and are not permitted in the bedrooms. Before departure, you must clean all pet hair, marks, or waste, otherwise a cleaning fee applies for an extra fee. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a second with two single beds. A travel cot and high chair are available. A foldable single bed can be added, but the property is suitable for 4 adults plus a small child for an extra fee. Heating is provided by a 7 kW wood stove for 50 m². You have a private outdoor lounge area and private parking for a car or small van. Cleaning is not included but can be offered as an option for an extra fee. The property is not accessible for guests with reduced mobility.
